We started off as a clothing brand obsessed with HBCUs, highlighting many  elements of the culture through our apparel, and serving the underserved; now we're creating an entire community ecosystem!

We realized there was something far greater than just a clothing brand with The University Closet and after 10+ years of business we are proud to announce our latest project and philanthropy mission:

HBCU Life Support

HBCU Life Support is the first expansion effort of The University Closet brand aimed to create scholarships, aid students, and create networking, and entrepreneurial opportunities to current students at HBCUs across the country thus creating this concept of community ecosystem. To date we've given over $35,000 back to our HBCUs in the last 10 years through our HBCU licensing agreements partner CLC, sponsorships, and merchandise giveaways.
