Please verify your address is correct before you make your purchase with us. Items in stock typically ship next day therefore you may incur a fee if we need to update/ change your shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise in any capacity. Packages shipped from us contain a tracking number. We recommend you track the delivery of your package so that you can pick it up once it arrives to your determined destination. Once your order leaves our hands please direct any inquiries regarding shipping to the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We recommend all customers to purchase insurance on orders totaling over $100 for extra protection in the event an error occurs with the USPS. If you need insurance we will bill you the additional cost. All group orders over $250 dollars are required to purchase insurance.
We will ship orders outside of the US. Customers will be invoiced the additional cost for the items to be shipped to them.
